The ROD records liens and satisfactions sent from the South Carolina Department of Revenue (SCDOR). The ROD does not report to credit bureaus. The ROD is a recording institution to make documents public record. If you have questions regarding a lien that is on your credit please contact the SCDOR (803)324-7641 to inquire. The SCDOR has a branch located on Anderson Road in Rock Hill, SC.
