First Offense

The York County Centralized DUI Court handles all 1st offense Driving While Under the Influence (DUI) / Driving With an Unlawful Alcohol Concentration (DUAC) tickets and companion charges. All cases are originated with the South Carolina Highway Patrol, York County Sheriff’s Department, Fort Mill Police Department and the Multi-jurisdictional checkpoint.
