Authority: Agreement adopted by the City of Rock Hill and York County in June, 1992.

Governing Body: Seven-member commission. Four members are appointed by the City of Rock Hill, three members are appointed by the York County Council. Also, the York County Manager and the City Manager of Rock Hill serve as ex-officio members.

Term of Office: Three-year staggered terms

Function: To provide for the operation of a public airport, create policies for and have authority over and generally control all activities regarding the use of any municipal airport belonging to the City of Rock Hill.
