Be Prepared for the possibility of severe weather!

...FLASH FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM 8 AM EDT THIS MORNING THROUGH THIS EVENING...

Today

Showers and thunderstorms, mainly after noon. Some storms could be severe, with damaging winds and heavy rain. Patchy fog between 10am and 11am. High near 74. South wind 11 to 16 mph, with gusts as high as 28 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New rainfall amounts between 1 and 2 inches possible.

Tonight

Showers and thunderstorms before 10pm, then a chance of showers between 10pm and 11pm. Some of the storms could be severe and produce heavy rainfall. Low around 46. West southwest wind around 14 mph, with gusts as high as 23 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New precipitation amounts between a half and three quarters of an inch possible.
