On Wednesday, November 10th, York County Council will hear a full presentation on Recode York County. It's a nearly two-year-effort of the York County Planning Department, working with a consultant to revise the County's zoning and subdivision codes. These codes haven't been updated since the mid 80's, and there are many new land uses today that aren't covered under older codes. There will be a public hearing on this issue at a future date.
