York County Council will hold its Strategic Planning Retreat on Friday, Feb. 19 and Saturday, Feb. 20, at the York County Government Center in York. The retreat begins at noon on Friday, and will end at 5pm. The retreat begins on Saturday at 8am, and will end at noon. Both days of the retreat will be held in room 3801.
