The Clinic Call Center will be closed on the days the Clinic is closed.

York County and other community leaders have collaboratively worked together to establish and coordinate a community clinic to administer the COVID-19 vaccination in York County.

The clinic is located at the following address:

Galleria Mall-In the space formerly occupied by Home South and Goody’s*

2295 Dave Lyle Blvd

Rock Hill, SC 29730

Parking and entrance to the clinic space are on the rear side of the mall, between Walmart and the mall entrance.

Operating hours are as follows:

Tuesdays through Fridays from 9 AM to 4 PM by appointment only starting January 22, 2021.

Appointments are required and will follow the guidelines for phased eligibility outlined by South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (SCDHEC), with availability dependent upon the number of doses received each week from SCDHEC. To register (if eligible), please submit a Piedmont Medical Center vaccine request form . Email addresses are required for registration. Appointments for second doses will be made at the time the first shot is given. Patients are highly encouraged to receive their second dose from the same provider who administered the first.

Appointments will be filled weekly based on the number of vaccine doses Piedmont expects to receive. When no additional appointments are available, patients will be instructed to check back online to schedule appointments as they become available. Be sure to check the VAMS portal frequently for open appointments, as they are released on a weekly schedule. Tuesday appointments will be made available by that Monday at Noon. Appointments for the remainder of the week will be available by Tuesday at Noon.

The South Carolina Emergency Management Division, in support of DHEC, has activated their Public Information Phone System to assist people with locating COVID-19 vaccination appointment information. Please call SCDHEC CARES line: 1-855-472-3432. The Community Vaccine Clinic Call Center is open. Call 803-980-2684 during clinic hours, Tues-Friday 9 AM – 4 PM, for assistance. Call takers aren’t able to make an appointment over the phone just yet, but can help guide you through the process and answer questions.
