Clover School District (CSD) public education facility impact fees go into effect January 15, 2021. This new impact fee applies to all new residential development within the district, including the Town of Clover and unincorporated York County within the CSD boundary.
Permit applications that are submitted, reviewed, and approved by close of business (5:00PM) January 14, 2021, will not be charged the new impact fee. Planning and Development Services' review time for residential permits is five (5) business days.
