The York County Engineering Department invites the community to a public information meeting regarding the Pennies’ four intersection improvement project at the Sutton Road/New Gray Rock Road/Sam Smith Road intersection in Fort Mill. This project consists of additional turn lanes at New Gray Road and a proposed cul-de-sac at Sam Smith Road. Engineering staff will provide a presentation and answer questions from the public; as well as, project displays will be available for viewing.
