[ARCHIVED] Updates on the I-77 South Corridor Small Area Plan

After considering existing conditions of the corridor, results of the community survey, input from the public input meeting held in September, and consultation with the city of Rock Hill, York County planning staff have compiled draft recommendations for the I-77 South Corridor Small Area Plan. The recommendations are intended to address land use conflicts presented by development pressure in the corridor. It is important to balance the economic potential of the employment corridor while simultaneously protecting existing and future neighborhoods. Learn more.
