Due to City of Rock Hill’s quick response in getting water restored, York County government will open most offices by 10am this morning. Some offices will not be open. Please contact offices directly to see if their open or not. Clerk of Court Offices and Register of Deeds will be closed today Thursday, Oct. 10. Passport Office is opening at noon. Offices will resume normal operations tomorrow Friday, Oct. 11.
