York County's budget process follows the fiscal year, beginning on July 1st and ending on June 30th. Therefore, Council has adopted the below FY 2019-2020 budget calendar. Residents are encouraged to attend budget meetings and be a part of the budget process. The budget is one of the most important documents prepared because it identifies where your tax dollars and other revenues are being spent.
