Saturday, Feb. 16, 8am-1pm, Training Room 3801, York County Government Center, 6 South Congress Street in York
On Friday afternoon, members of Council, along with County management and County directors, will review 2018 major accomplishments of the County’s departments. Directors will also present future department goals to Council.
“The first day of the strategic plan meeting is a good way for Department Directors to present their department’s performance and progress toward reaching Council’s 2018 strategic goals,” said Bill Shanahan, County Manager. “I’m proud of our staff and what they’ve accomplished in the past year.”
On Saturday morning, York County Council will collaboratively develop strategic goals and objectives for 2019 that will guide County operations.
“Council’s strategic goals will serve as a guide and reference for operational decisions, organizational structure, and budget preparations,” said Shanahan.
