Filing Details:
  • Any citizen desiring to file for office must be a qualified elector (registered voter), resident of the City of Rock Hill, and Ward.
  • Anyone interested in filing for office must do so in person at the York County Registration and Elections Office located in the York County Government Center at 6 South Congress Street in York.
  • Candidates are required to complete a Statement of Candidacy and a Statement of Economic Interest in order to complete the filing process.
Filing Has Ended - Friday, August 16, 2019 @ 5:00 pm 

In-Person & By-Mail Absentee Voting:
  • Absentee Voting will begin September 20th At 8:00 am.
  • Ballots must be returned to this office by 7:00pm on October 19th.
