Any citizen desiring to file for office must be a qualified elector (registered voter), resident of the City of Rock Hill, and Ward.

Anyone interested in filing for office must do so in person at the York County Registration and Elections Office located in the York County Government Center at 6 South Congress Street in York.

Filing Has Ended - Friday, August 16, 2019 @ 5:00 pm 

In-Person & By-Mail Absentee Voting:
  • Absentee Voting will begin September 16th At 8:00 am.
  • Ballots must be returned to this office by 7:00pm on October 15th.
