Background
Debi Cloninger has been a resident of the Fort Mill area for over 37 years. She is a conservative Christian and is married to her husband, Phil. They have one grown son and four grandchildren.
Debi had a successful career operating and owning retail franchises prior to retiring from that career in 2017. She has served on the Boards of Directors for both retail and non-profit organizations.
Having a desire to give back to the community, she served as a member of the York County Planning Commission prior to running for County Council. She has enjoyed meeting the people of District 7 and looks forward to representing them and serving all residents of York County.
