York County is spending $115 million dollars on building improvements to better serve the residents of the County. During the bond referendum, $89 million dollars was approved for this initiative. The capital facility projects are as follows:
- Moss Justice Center additions and renovations
- New Family Court Facility
- Heckle Complex Renovation
- Government Center in downtown York
- Public Works additions and renovations
- Recycle Separation Center
- Fort Mill/Clover Magistrate
