Mission Statement- The main goal of Keep York County Beautiful (KYCB) is to inspire and encourage citizens to take personal responsibility for improving the environment of their York County community.

Vision Statement- KYCB's vision is for a well-educated, empowered community committed to beautifying York County through a diverse range of litter prevention, recycling and environmental solutions.
