To provide accurate and timely geographic information, technical assistance, and related services to meet the needs of County operations.
Manages all aspects of the geographic information system (GIS) as it pertains to Emergency Management, Public Safety Communications and 9-1-1 Operations. Duties include data development, implementation, coordination, analysis, design, production, support and editing/maintenance for police, fire, medical and rescue agencies county wide. Produce maps for emergency agencies expressing the desired results as it relates to Emergency Management, Public Safety Communications and 9-1-1 Operations.
We do not provide maps to the private sector for use, only agencies and municipalities as they relate to police, fire and medical.
