·         York County Water/Sewer is not a county-wide system.  Please click HERE for a list of subdivisions that we serve.  If you do not see your subdivision listed and you think you may be served by York County, please contact our office at 803.628.3211.  The online application process is for residential property only.  Please contact our office at 803.628.3211 to apply for commercial service.

·         If you need to apply for residential service and your subdivision is included on our list above, please click HERE to apply online.  If you would prefer to download an application and mail it in, please click HERE.  If you wish to apply in person, please go to our Rock Hill office at 1070 Heckle Blvd., Rock Hill, 29732.

·         All new residential customers are required to pay a $100 refundable deposit and a $30 non-refundable activation fee.  Deposits are applied back to the customer’s account after two (2) years of service with a good payment record or when the account is closed, whichever comes first.  Previous customers in good standing are only required to pay the $30 activation fee.
