Candidates must file the proper forms including "Statement of Intention of Candidacy" with their political parties between the dates of Sunday, March 16th, 12:00 Noon and Sunday, March 30th, 12:00 Noon.

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN BECOMING A CANDIDATE FOR PRIMARY ELECTIONS CONTACT YOUR LOCAL OR STATE PARTY FOR MORE INFORMATION.

NON-PARTISAN OFFICES UP FOR THE GENERAL ELECTION:

  • School Board Trustees 
  • Soil and Water Conservation Districts

School Board filings open August 1, 12:00 Noon and close August 15th, 12:00 Noon, unless these dates fall on a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday.

Petition candidates must file petitions by 12:00 Noon on July 15th, 2008.
