| York County Water/Sewer Residential Irrigation Meter Application

Please read the instructions below before you submit your application.

All residential irrigation meters are $550 + $30 activation fee. Meter will be installed in same location as existing service meter. Fee will be added to your water/sewer account for the address entered above on the next business day. You will receive an e-mail notifying you when fees have been added. Payment may be made at www.yorkcountygov.com/watersewer at our Online Utility Billing site, or at our office at 1070 Heckle Blvd in Rock Hill. A work order will be issued after payment is made to install new irrigation meter. An orange sign will be left on door when meter is installed.
Homeowner is responsible for having new irrigation meter connected to irrigation system.
