Welcome to York County Online Utility Billing
You can now obtain account information and pay your water sewer bill from the
convenience of your computer with a credit/debit card, or through your PayPal
account. A small convenience charge will be added to your balance if you elect
to pay your bill online. The entire amount of this fee goes to PayPal; York
County does not receive any portion of this fee. You will be required to pay
your water sewer bill in full when paying online.
PLEASE NOTE: If your service has been disconnected due to
non-payment and you are paying after 5:00PM, your service will be
restored on the next business day.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR YORK COUNTY WATER & SEWER
BANK DRAFT is also available for our customers at no additional
charge. You may obtain the form from our website, complete it and attach a
voided check, and mail it to our office. You will continue to receive a bill
each month stating your current charges, and a note on your bill that this
amount will be paid by draft.
PAST DUE balances must be paid by the 23rd of the month after the original
due date. If payment is not received by 5:00PM on
that date, you will be subject to disconnection. Once you are disconnected for
non-payment, a $50 reconnect fee plus your entire balance will
have to be paid before service can be restored.
