Subdivision Submittal Instructions

PRELIMINARY PLATS:

The Planning Commission reviews preliminary plats on the 2nd Monday of each month.

Submittal Requirements:

• 18 Preliminary Plats
• 8 complete sets of construction drawings including road profiles, erosion control plans, hydrant plan, preliminary plat, and water/sewer if York County System
• 2 11" x 17" reduced preliminary plat copies
• Digital
• Fees
 Plat fee of $500 plus $20/per lot (check payable to York County)
 ** See Engineering Department page for their requrements and fees **

Plans will be reviewed and comments returned to the contact person in approximately 2 weeks with instructions on re-submittal.
