FINAL PLATS:

The final plat should be submitted for review only after water & sewer utilities and streets have been installed, inspected and approved. Final plats do not require Planning Commission approval.

Submit the following:

• 18 final plats
• Plat fee of $200 plus $20/per lot (check payable to York County)
• 2 11" x 17" reduced copies
• digital

Plans will be reviewed and comments returned to the contact person in approximately 7 business days with instructions on re-submittal.
