Commercial Site Plan Review
The Development Coordinating Center is responsible for processing and tracking your plans and keeping you informed of the review process.
In order to start the review process for commercial site plans (including new construction and additions), the following information needs to be submitted:
• Completed Site Plan Development Guide Checklist
• Completed Performance Standard Agreement
• 8 copies of the complete site plan drawn to scale (including site, landscaping, & stormwater plans)
• $500 site plan review fee (check payable to York County)

Fire Prevention - Site Plan Review Information

Plan review takes approximately 21 days. When the review is complete, a notice will be sent to the contact person. If revisions are requested, a list of the applicable review comments will be included, along with instructions for re-submittal.
