Functions
The York County Customer Service Center is a new division of the Planning Department. The Center is committed to providing quality service to all our customers. Its purpose is to be the point of contact during the building permit process. This division will interact with external as well as internal customers. If at any time during this process you have a question, our Customer Service Representatives will be available to help. If you have technical questions regarding your building permit, we can provide you with the name and contact information of the person who can best help you.
As part of our commitment to quality customer service, we promise to make every effort to assist applicants, respond to inquires, and resolve complaints or concerns in a professional, courteous and timely manner. Quality Service Matters!
Upcoming Events
The Brown Bag Workshop series presented by the Planning and Engineering Departments will have a workshop on Individual Lot Requirements on March 24, 2010 at the York County Office Complex in the large conference room from 11:30 – 1pm. The workshop is open to anyone interested. Please see the attached flyer and memo for more details.
