If you are an online user and wish to send digital plans such as Plats, Foundations Surveys, Building Plans, etc. you may do so though this link.  Please use an identification method such as ( ABC Homebuilder Plan I ). The documents will then be pulled from the file and attached to the permit information as part of the permanent record.

Please follow these instructions:  To upload a file to the Building and Codes Department page: First click browse on the Buildfax upload page, this will navigate to a location on your computer probably your (“C” Drive). Double click the file that you want to upload and notice the document will be populated in the file box. Now simply click submit and the file will upload to the Building Department for review.
