Mr. Eric Winstead, Vice Chairman

Mr. Eric Winstead, Vice-Chairman of the York County Council, is a Republican from District 3.  He is currently serving in his first term. He has lived in York for 34 years.  Mr. Winstead and his wife Kim have two daughters, Laurin and Maddie.  He graduated from Fruitland Baptist Bible College in 2003 and currently works as a chaplain for Hospice Care of South Carolina.
