Chad Williams, a Democrat from District 7, is currently in his first term. He was born and raised in Rock Hill, SC, where he currently resides with his wife Malynda and their two children—Kaity and Kally. He graduated from Clemson University in 1988, moved back to the Rock Hill area and has operated CMS, a local landscaping company, ever since. He served on the Rock Hill Planning Commission from 1998-2008 and began serving as District 7 County Councilman in 2009.
